Jill Nelligan is a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science dedicated to helping her clients find the joy and pleasure in eating. She is passionate about helping her clients find balance and health through Intuitive Eating and gentle nutrition counseling.

With a patient and empathetic approach, Jill is committed to meeting her clients where they are at and providing a judgement free space to help them reach their goals. Her mission is to empower each individual to find their own unique path to health and wellbeing.
